Convenient Passes for Getting Around Kansai
Kansai Thru Pass
This pass allows you to ride on subways, private railways and buses (except JR lines) in Kyoto, Nara, Osaka, Kobe and Wakayama. There are 2-day and 3-day tickets. This pass enables you to receive special services in various facilities such as temples in Kyoto and Nara.
Fare:3-day Pass: 5,000 yen for adults; 2,500 yen for children
2-day Pass: 3,800 yen for adults; 1,900 yen for children
Traffica Kyoto Card
This discount card is valid on all Kyoto City buses and subway lines.
Fare:1,000 yen (worth 1,100 yen), 3,000 yen (worth 3,300 yen) for adults
1,000 yen (worth 1,100 yen) for children
Surutto Kansai Miyako Card
This card is valid on all Kyoto City buses and subway lines and participating private railways and buses such as Hankyu, Keihan, Keihan Bus and others.
Fare:1,000 yen, 2,000 yen, 3,000 yen, for adults
1,000 yen for children
Kyoto Sightseeing Card
This pass is good for unlimited rides within the designated area.
Fare: 1-day Card: 1,200 yen for adults;600 yen for children
2-day Card: 2,000 yen for adults;1,000 yen for children
City Bus All-day Pass
This card can be used within the designated zone of the city, and allow unlimited use on the same day.
Fare: 500 yen for adults 250 yen for children
Osaka Unlimited Pass
This pass allows you one-day unlimited rides on Osaka City subways, Hanshin, Hankyu, Nankai, Keihan, Kintetsu lines as well as city buses. This pass entitles you to free admission to 27 tourist facilities including Osaka Castle and museums. You can also get discount at 14 popular spots and coupons at about 40 places such as restaurants, shops, hotels, etc.
Fare: 2,000 yen
Multiple Ride Card
This discount card is good for transportation on the Osaka City subways, New Tram, and city buses.
Fare: 3,000 yen for adults (worth 3,300 yen)
1,500 yen for children (worth 1,650 yen)
Rainbow Card
This card is good for travel on the Osaka City subways, the New Tram and city buses. The Rainbow Card is also valid on part of the "Surutto KANSAI" transportation network including Hankyu, Hanshin, Kita-Osaka Kyuko, Keihan, Nankai and Kintetsu lines.
Fare: 500 yen, 1,000 yen, 2,000 yen, and 3,000 yen for adults

Enjoy Eco Card
This can be used for the Osaka municipal subway, new train and bus. You’ll get a discount on admission at sight-seeing places in Osaka City when you present a today’s train ticket.
Fare: 800 yen for adults (600 yen on weekends and national holidays)
